Introduce SMS / MMS Messaging, able to get incoming and automatically distribute to most idle / least / skilled agemts in Queue.

Easily setup with SMPP carrier providers or Twiio Rest API server.

Aheeva will be able to send SMS directly from Voice or WebChat Interactive Responce.

Agent can send an SMS directly to customer from AWA – Aheeva Web Application.

Introducing a new addition to the Voice Channel :WebRTC , Agents will be able to connect directly from AWA (web browser) to Aheeva SIP Voice Gateway.

WebRTC extension will Register automatically after a successful Login in the AWA.

End customers can use Click To Dial directly from a Web Page with a browser that supports WebRTC.


Able to customize the banner – header – sidebar – footer of the agent AWA and the Aheeva  Manager

Change the font color and fonts letter type in the Agent AWA and Aheeva Manager.
